SENATE BILL NO. 68 An Act relating to the Task Force on                        
Privatization; and providing for an effective date was read the

Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 872.  Without              
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 68(FIN) was adopted and
